1. About this website

Rubrica is a product under RCFI, based in Nairobi, Kenya. This website presents the product being developed and lets you register for product updates and news about access. RCFI can be reached at [email protected] or through its website at rcfi.co.ke.

These terms cover the website, waitlist and contact with us about them. Any future school service will have its own relevant terms, privacy notice and school agreement before actual access.

2. Development and the waitlist

Rubrica is in development. Features shown or described on the website reflect the product’s planned direction and may change. The website does not promise a launch date, final feature set or availability for a particular school.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in updates. It does not create an account, make a purchase, grant product access or guarantee an invitation or launch date. No payment is requested through the waitlist, and signup does not enter you into a paid school-service agreement.

Use an email address you are entitled to use and select the update consent only if you wish to receive those updates. No email is automatically sent at signup. You can withdraw your update consent by emailing [email protected].

3. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not impersonate someone else, submit another person’s email without permission, send malicious content or use the waitlist for spam.

Do not interfere with the website, overwhelm it with abusive requests, bypass security measures or attempt to access private registrations or other records without authorisation. We may restrict requests or access when needed to protect the website and its users.

4. Content and ownership

The Rubrica name, branding and original website content belong to RCFI or are used with permission. Third-party materials, names and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. References to them do not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.

You may view the website and share links to its public pages. Any other use of its content must respect applicable copyright and other rights. Do not present our branding or content as your own or suggest an affiliation without permission. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
